Getting help with Telshur

Choose the path that matches your role.

For Facility Staff
Nurses, administrators, social services, and other facility staff
  1. Go to postacute.telshur.com.
    New users Click Create staff account at the bottom of the page.
    Existing users Click Sign in at the bottom of the page.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to reach the partner login page.
  3. Sign in using one of these methods:
    EHR credentials Use the username and password from your electronic health record (for example, PointClickCare).
    SSO Click SSO, then enter your organization prefix (usually 3–5 letters).

Telshur has a built-in help section. Sign in and click the Help button in the nav bar.

Sign in and click View Facility Reports in the nav bar to access your reporting dashboard.

For Provider Groups
Physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical assistants, and admin staff

Providers sign in directly with a Telshur account. Reset your password using your work email and you'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

Reset links expire after a short period for security. Request a new password reset and use the link right away when it arrives.

Telshur has a built-in help section. Sign in and click the Help button in the nav bar.
